Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions and renewals
StudyFlow premium plans are billed as subscriptions and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
As of February 28, 2026, premium checkout is temporarily suspended; no new premium charges are started during this period.
2. Standard refund policy
Except where required by applicable law, processed payments are non-refundable and service remains available until the end of the paid period.
If a verified billing error occurs, StudyFlow may issue a full or partial refund.
Mandatory EU and Italian consumer rights for digital content and services remain fully applicable.
3. Exceptions
Requests related to duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or critical service failures are reviewed case by case.
Additional information may be required to complete the review.
4. How to request support
To open a refund-related request, contact studyflow@study-flow.cloud with account details, payment date, and reason.
Our team usually responds within 5 business days.
