1. Service scope
StudyFlow is a digital platform that helps users organize learning, materials, goals, and progress tracking.
Access may include free features and premium subscription features.
2. Accounts and user responsibility
Some features require an account and users must keep credentials confidential.
Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account and must provide accurate information.
3. Plans, pricing, and payments
Premium plan pricing is published on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.
As of February 28, 2026, premium checkout is temporarily unavailable while legal and fiscal compliance updates are being completed.
When re-enabled, payments and recurring renewals are processed through third-party payment providers.
4. Acceptable use
Users may not use StudyFlow for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities that affect security or platform integrity.
StudyFlow may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Intellectual property
The platform software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution of service elements is prohibited.
6. Liability limitations
StudyFlow is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, StudyFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time, with updates effective from publication on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union consumer law.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules and competent courts of the consumer residence remain unaffected.
